Certified Provider Agents ("Agents") are organisations that deliver managed services to their customers.

Agents leverage Zion ObserveIT™ Provider to increase their proactive delivery capabilities to their customer base by;

2. Retaining all data within a customers business
3. Automating proactive investigation of a customers infrastructure to identify key areas cost reduction
4. Automating Licence Management
5. Automating change impact assessments
6. providing Monitoring and Management
7. Integrating business process management
8. Integrating legacy systems into a central user interface

Agents are certified resellers of all Zion products.  All professional services associated with the installation and configuration of Zion products are performed by Agents under a direct engagement between the Agent and the customer.

Under the Provider Agent Agreement, Agents are also;

1. resellers of Zion Products
2. receive discounted licences
3. rebranding of ObserveIT™ product to include Agent branding
4. referred by Zion for the installation and configuration of Zion Products
5. registered for product support
6. granted direct access to the Product Development Team
